Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours and usually take 1-3 working days to be delivered based on your location. Orders placed for Mumbai location are delivered in 1 Business Day (subject to availability of products in our Mumbai warehouse) . You will receive an approximate timeline when you place your order.

Returns

1. Return Period
Customers are eligible for returns within 7 days of receiving the product. The return period commences from the date the product is delivered.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in unused condition.
All accessories, tags, and labels must be intact and attached to the product.
Products that have been damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

3. Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact Posh Pets Customer Service within the specified return period. Customer Service can be reached via [Insert Contact Email]. The customer must provide the order number, product details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Posh Pets recommends using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Posh Pets is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipping process.

5. Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving the returned product, Posh Pets will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 2. If the product passes inspection, a refund will be processed.


6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. No Exchange Policy
Posh Pets does not offer exchanges for any products. If a customer wishes to replace a product, they must initiate a return as per the guidelines mentioned in this Return Policy and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Exceptions
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to pet grooming items, pet food, and personalised products. In the case of receiving a defective or damaged product, please refer to our "Damaged or Defective Items" policy below.

9. Damaged or Defective Items
If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must contact Posh Pets Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product. Posh Pets will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as deemed appropriate.
